Kbd redesigned as a key cap, and fixes for DataTable row clicks, Switch and the Schedule now label

Kbd reads like a physical key: larger type at every size, a regular weight and a visible light-mode fill. DataTable row clicks now work inside Tabs panels and dialogs, and ignore text selections and menus a cell opens. A neutral Switch fills green when checked, and the Schedule's now label stays inside the grid.

Keys that read like keys

Each size now steps the type by one Tailwind step: sm 12px for a key inside a Button or a search field, md 14px in body copy, lg 16px. The default key cap gets a visible fill in light mode, a regular weight and a 1px shade along its bottom edge.
